I have never had that problem before with Super Shuttle (blue van with yellow writing) matter of fact I saw several of those vans pass by getting their customers to their destination while Bell Trans customers were still standing on the sidewalk waiting.
It is also not cool to tell people it will be 10 minutes when you know you have people that have been waiting for an hour or more STILL WAITING.
